Both Jenifer and Alissa have cared for my cats, feeding them according to my requests and communicating with me via text or voicemail on a daily basis. This gives me great peace of mind when I am away. They bring in my mail and during Christmas they even surprised me with a custom calendar with photos of my pets, treats for the cats and for me ☺ and other goodies! I highly recommend this company!

It went great. She did a really good job. We came home to a picture of all of our four cats. Everything was clean. There was no mess or anything. She watered our plants and dealt with our mail too. Everything was still healthy and happy.

Jenifer came to my house every day to care for my two cats, clean cat boxes and bring in the mail and newspapers. She also called me periodically to give me an update on how things were going at home. Jenifer came to my house before the service to meet the cats and find out what would be needed. She has a real understanding of animals and did everything necessary to give them the best experience possible. She also asks that her clients call her when they return home to ensure that there is someone actually there to take over the care of the pets otherwise she will continue coming. This is very reassuring in case there is ever any unforeseen problems that should come up. Jenifer was very professional and very thorough in the questions she asked, but also very comfortable to talk with. She was extremely accommodating to our needs. She was always very easy to get in touch with and encouraged me to call her anytime if I had questions or concerns. It was great to have the peace of mind to leave my pets in such capable hands. I had never used this kind of service before and this was certainly a great first experience.
